Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EverLiv LLC. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Only new, unopened items purchased directly from www.everliv.com may be returned.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return. Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@everliv.com.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@everliv.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@everliv.life. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
